Welcome to AIFNI INFORMATICS PRIVATE LIMITED. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our software products and services, including ERP, CRM, customized solutions, HospiT (Hospital Management System), SchoAI (School Management Software), and any other related offerings.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using any of our software or services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our solutions.

2. License & Usage Rights

  • We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our software strictly in accordance with these Terms.
  • Software is licensed, not sold. All intellectual property remains with AIFNI INFORMATICS.
  • You may not resell, decompile, reverse engineer, or modify the software without written permission.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information during setup and onboarding.
  • Ensure users accessing the software are authorized and trained.
  • Use the software only for lawful business purposes.

4. Data Protection

We are committed to safeguarding your data. Our data handling practices are outlined in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data; we will never sell or misuse it.

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime. However, planned maintenance or unforeseen outages may occur. We are not liable for delays or service disruptions beyond our control.

6. Payments & Subscriptions

  • Fees are based on selected plans or custom pricing agreements.
  • All payments are due as per agreed billing cycles. Late payments may result in service suspension.
  • Custom development or add-on features are subject to separate billing.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services if these Terms are violated. You may also terminate your subscription with prior notice, subject to contract terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our software. Our liability is limited to the fees paid in the last 3 months of active service.

9. Updates & Modifications

We may update or modify these Terms as needed. Any changes will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Karnatka/India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru Jurisdiction.
